Customers located in the European Union have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of receiving their order.
Return Conditions
Items must:
- be unused
- be unworn
- have original tags attached
- be in original packaging
- be free from damage, stains, perfumes, or odors
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Underwear
- Swimwear (without hygiene protection)
- Earrings
- Personalized products
- Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
Refunds
Once your return is inspected and approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
